Why did you decide to join the Opticalia group?
We wanted to join a group with a strong image. Opticalia’s vision of TV commercials and advertising on outside panels attracted us from the very beginning. We believed in the project and became members at the beginning of 2013.
What big changes did joining Opticalia entail for you?
We almost immediately obtained greater visibility regarding customers. We started to have strong and unique exclusive brands, a marketing service and advertising with television campaigns. Opticalia helped us to open new stores and to make our business grow.
What would you tell an optician who is considering joining the group?
Our experience has been very positive, as we never would have managed to expand the business in the same way. It was very important to have a team behind us that was always available to help us in different areas.
What advantages would you highlight about Opticalia compared to other optical groups?
The team’s extremely-close connection to members and its availability to help. The notoriety of Opticalia’s exclusive brands, the training of the opticians and employees.
Has your business grown since you joined Opticalia?
Yes, a lot. It maximized company growth with the opening of more stores and an entry into shopping centers.
